NOOFA

Why NOOFA

Interesting objects deserve more than a sales advert.

Objects are used, cared for, repaired, changed and talked about for years. Their photos, stories and history often end up scattered across different places. NOOFA gives one object one place of its own.

Five classic cars parked together in a bright studio, including a white rally car, a small orange city car, a red saloon and a black sports coupe.

The object is the point.

Social media starts with a person. NOOFA starts with the object.

Save the objects you want to come back to.

People may be interested in one particular car, watch or instrument without being interested in the person looking after it. The person looking after the profile sees only how many times it has been saved, never who saved it.

Don't wait until it's for sale.

An object can be public, found and saved while someone is still enjoying it. If it is later sold, people can return to its profile to see what is happening.

Sell it wherever you want.

Auction house, specialist dealer, marketplace or privately. NOOFA does not need to handle the sale.

Six mechanical wristwatches on steel, leather and fabric straps, laid out beside a leather tray on a pale surface.

The object can move on. The profile doesn't have to start again.

Repairs, appearances, changes and other important moments can be added as they happen. If the object later goes to somebody else, its NOOFA profile can go with it.

Several electric guitars on stands in a bright room, with a red guitar resting on its case, two small amplifiers and a pedalboard.

Private when you want. Public when it helps.

Start privately. Make it public when you want people to find, share and save it. Make it private again if you change your mind.

What a NOOFA profile doesn't mean

It doesn't prove who owns the object, whether it is genuine, or its history, condition or value.
